Zulekha Lamb Quarter Pounder Chunky Burgers contain 80% lamb, Water, Lamb fat, Wheat rusk, Seasoning, Soya protein concentrate. The burgers also contain the following ingredients: Wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine, Salt, Ground cumin, Coriander, Black pepper extract, and Cayenne extract. The burgers should be kept frozen at -18°C or cooler. They should not be refrozen if they have thawed. To cook frozen lamb burgers, you can:
- Cook from frozen on medium heat for 13–15 minutes.
- Turn every 3–4 minutes.
- Microwave each patty from frozen for about 1 minute and 25 seconds per side.
- Rest for 1–2 minutes.
