How to use :

  •  Take 2 or 3 tbsp or 30 gm of Manna Health Mix and stir it with 1 and 1/4 cups of warm water or  milk. Štir well so that Avoid lumps.
  • Place the bowl with the mix on a stove & bring to boil, stirring continuously for 3 minutes to avoid lumps.
  • Add Jaggery or honey as per your taste. Serve warm.
  • If your child prefers, you can cook it with water and serve it with thick butter milk and a pinch of salt.
  • Enjoy this cool delicacy even if you refrigerate it.
