SINDHU CINNAMON QUILLS 50G
Cinnamon quills are 8cm lengths of tightly rolled, concentric layers of the very thin underneath layer of bark. This has been carefully peeled off cut branches and then rolled by cinnamon peelers into metre-long quills like a giant cigar. These long quills are then cut into the familiar short 'sticks'. The ingredients used are Cloves, Hand-Selected, Korintje Cassia Cinnamon Sticks, Whole Nutmeg, Ceylon Ground Cinnamon, Star Anise Pieces, Korintje Ground Cassia Cinnamon, Cumin Seeds, Saigon Ground Cassia Cinnamon.
These quills are great in dishes like cinnamon ice cream, Dutch pears, custard, steamed puddings, stewed rhubarb, dessert syrups, and mixed into whipped cream.You can also use this cinnamon in savory dishes like Indian curries, aromatic rice, or braised pork shoulder.
